Jens Juul will remain as non-executive chairman of Bermuda unit
Jens Juul has resigned as a director of London-listed (re)insurance group Lancashire Holdings Limited. However, he wil continue to act as non-executive chairman of Lancashire Insurance Company Limited, the group's Bermuda operating subsidiary.
"I would like to thank Jens for his contributionto the work of the company's Board during his time as a director," said Lancashire chairman Martin Thomas in a statement. I am pleased that he has agreed to remain as chairman of Lancashire Insurance Company Limited, a position from which Jens will I am sure continue to contribute to the success of the group."
