Broker wants return to acquisitions trail
Lark Group wants to get back on the acquisition trail after a three-year break, managing director Stephen Lark has told InsuranceTimes.co.uk.
He said Lark, owned by Groupama, wants to buy one or two brokers a year.
Groupama would provide the war chest for Lark's acquisitions, he added. The insurer has owned a majority share in Lark Group since 2007.
“We’ve been very steady and haven’t done a huge number of acquisitions over the years, so one or two a year would suit us very well,” said Lark.
