Internal managing director appointments for risk businesses
Legal & General has announced changes to the leadership of its retail protection, group protection and general insurance business.
Duncan Finch, previously managing director, general insurance, will now lead retail protection as managing director. The role of managing director, general insurance, has been filled by Diane Buckley.
Jim Islam has been promoted to managing director of group protection from his previous position as director of the savings division, while Peter Graham, former managing director of retail protection, is now managing director of digital, customer and marketing – a new position.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
