Disgracing your wares

I do not believe it is only employers' liability (EL) we have to worry about. Public liability (PL) is also a problem and is exacerbated by the amount of advertising by claims specialists.

My opinion is that in an attempt to stop the flood of (so-called) no win no fee claims the legislation that enabled solicitors to advertise should be repealed.

I have heard recently of a situation where it was alleged that a representative of one of the companies that advertise on television was outside a place of entertainment touting for business as the clientele arrived.

If that allegation is true, then it is a disgraceful practice that should be stopped.
