Unhelpful hurdles

So Economic Secretary Ruth Kelly thinks that the hurdle for government intention should be set high for the benefit of the insurance market.

What about the insured?

She wants to see evidence of the impact of market failure.

How does she mean exactly?

Loads of uninsured bombed-out businesses ... ex-businesses.

Rubbish! Insurers need help and they need it now.

Shame on you, Ms Kelly!
