In reply to L Kendall (5 September, Letters, Insurance Times), rest assured, I had not missed the point that the proposed measures were a licence to print money. I just felt that this was such an obvious point, given that it had been forecast that these measures would add at least £50 per vehicle to premiums.
It also sounds like Oxford is the place to go. How many miles by bike is it to Oxford from Liverpool?
