Broker Lockton has launched a specialist tenant's insurance service at its Newcastle office.

This follows the appointment of Louise Lanaghan and Allison Robinson who join from Marsh's office in the city.

Lanaghan has joined the Newcastle office of Lockton as director of the housing sector practice. She will be responsible for the development of tenant's contents insurance schemes and other housing associated products.

Robinson has also joined Lockton as account manager within the Housing Sector Practice. She previously spent 17 years at Marsh and has 11 years experience in handling tenant's contents insurance schemes. Her role will be managing the client accounts for tenant's insurance schemes and other associated products.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
