Former AXA and Pru experience turned to Lloyd’s
Chaucer has named former Pru and AXA UK boss Mark Wood as a non-executive director from 1 September 2010.
He joins the audit, remuneration and nomination committees, and following FSA approval, is also appointed as a non-executive director of Chaucer Syndicates Limited, the group's Lloyd's managing agency and main operating subsidiary.
