Willis will replace Marsh as brokerage for consumer products giant Fortune Brands, reports said today.
Marsh lost the contract as a result of the New York attorney general's lawsuit against the company's US division.
Fortune Brands will switch to Willis Group Holdings for all policies renewed from 1 January 2005,reports said. Brokerage responsibility for additional 2005 renewals after 1 January is undecided .
Spitzer cited US-based Fortune Brands as a victim of alleged bid rigging in his complaint against Marsh.
