Grete Henaes and Tormod Hareide join from Aon Grieg

Marsh has announced that it has made two appointments to its Norwegian energy team.

Tormod Hareide will join as head of claims for Marsh’s marine & energy practices in Scandinavia, having previously served in the same role at Aon Grieg.

Grete Henaes will join Marsh as senior vice president of global energy practice. She was most recently at Aon Grieg, where she was responsible for developing Aon’s contractor hub worldwide.

Hareide and Henaes will report to Jim Paddon, head of Marsh’s Scandinavian energy team.

Andrew George, leader of Marsh's energy practice for Europe, the middle east and Africa, said: “The appointment of both Grete and Tormod to the Marsh team strengthens our offering to clients at a crucial time."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
