Hub will deal with claims valued between £25,000 and £100,000

Merlin has launched a hub to handle escape of water claims in the wake of the extreme winter weather.

The hub will deal with escape of water claims valued between £25,000 and £100,000 and will focus on reducing the lifecycle of the claim and controlling indemnity spend.


Client Development Director at Merlin, Alex Kilpatrick, said: “We recognised a growing need for an innovative approach to large escape of water claims and the recent surge acted as a catalyst to accelerate the launch of the hub.
