InFront Solutions claimed MMA's subsidence claim cycles have been cut by 40% by using its Subsidence Management and Risk Transfer (SMART).
SMART is a service developed by InFront to handle subsidence claims in a cost effective and customer friendly way.
InFront Solutions sales and marketing manager Martin Wiggins said: "We had a major backlog of claims to handle when we took on MMA which we have managed to turn around very quickly. An average settlement per claim rarely exceeds £3,600, which is half the cost of the industry."
MMA insurance claims manager Bob Still said: "We are delighted with the service improvements."
MMA contracted InFront Solutions ten months ago after it stopped using loss adjuster Davidson and Co.
