Card Protection Plan (CPP), one of Europe's largest credit and payment card protection companies, has acquired Homecare Holdings – the mobile phone subsidiary of Miller Fisher Group – for an undisclosed sum.
Homecare has more than 300,000 customers and offers insurance to high street consumer and mobile phone retailers' customers.
CPP said the acquisition reflected its move into assistance services, building on its core product of offering assistance and insurance services to more than six million card issuers.
