Mondial Assistance, the UK arm of the Mondial Assistance Group, was voted 28th in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to work for survey.
The survey commends good working practices, employee satisfaction and a good company work culture.
Mondial Assistance was the only assistance specialist to rank in the top 100.
Managing director Mike Webb said: "We are very pleased to have been included within the survey for a second year running. The competition this year was much tougher, due to the survey's rising profile, and the evaluation process was extremely difficult.
"We are confident that our ranking demonstrates that we are a company who cares for its staff and not just its profits."
