Cidron Intressenter improves on Alpha Laval’s offer

Restoration firm Munters has secured a rival offer from Nordic firm Cidron Intressenter 7% higher than the offer of SEK68 per share offered by Alfa Laval.

The board has been seeking rival offers and has allowed Cidron to begin due diligence investigations.
