David Crump has been appointed BIBA's new training and development manager.
Crump plans to introduce a new portfolio of consultancy and leadership training programmes to augment BIBA's existing courses.
These existing courses range from basic grounding in insurance to more advanced technical subjects and are offered to all sizes of broking and intermediary firms.
Crump previously spent 12 years at Iron Trades, where he was manager of training and development.
