Chris Dee hired from Fusion

Allianz Commercial has appointed Chris Dee as the division’s new casualty manager.

Dee will be responsible for the management of the casualty account including reporting, technical guidance and training. He will develop the casualty strategy to increase growth opportunities and profitability.

Dee said: “I am delighted to be joining one of the largest commercial insurers in the UK. Allianz is a company with financial security and a dynamic management team. The people I met before joining gave me a strong impression of a business with a clear vision and a desire to progress in many areas.”

Dee joins Allianz from Fusion Insurance Services where he had been deputy UK liability manager since August 2005.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
