The headquarters for the regulation of all things financial, 25 The North Colonnade (aka FSA central command), has been sold.

According to a report in The Times, the imposing buildings fetched £200m.

But the FSA said a move was not imminent. As a spokeswoman so eloquently stated: "We have yonks yet to go on the lease."

This is fortunate, as Backchat understands that although the FSA has plenty of red tape, it appears to be in short supply of packing boxes.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
