Hml Marketing is now providing high net worth insurance from Oak Underwriting.

The policy includes building cover, which provides up to £5,000 towards the cost of tracing leaks; garden re-landscaping costs up to 5% of the sum insured; and up to two years alternative accommodation.

Contents cover includes personal effects of guests and non-residential staff, and there is provision for cover increases on sums insured for building and contents up to 125% and valuables up to 150%, subject to the valuation being no more than three years old.

The policy provides an after-claims survey for clients who have suffered a claim for loss or damage and require assistance with risk management.

For claims-free clients, there is no claims discount built into the policy.

The sum of £10,000 is provided towards upgrading security systems following an assault on person and £15,000 towards essential alterations to the home if a family member is disabled through injury.

Contents is on a worldwide, all-risks basis. Optional extras include annual travel, motor breakdown, family motor, fleet and pleasure craft.
