Insurance Times welcomes three new members to the team.
Jon McGowan has joined as Insurance Times publishing director from VNU, where he was responsible for some of the company's leading weekly business-to-business publications.
Stuart Kelly has been appointed as head of marketing and circulation from Haymarket Publishing, where he held similar positions.
Managing director of Insurance Times parent company Newsquest Specialist Media, Tim Whitehouse, said: "I am delighted to welcome these two talented individuals to the team."
Katy Dowell has also joined the title as web reporter from Devon-based newspaper Totnes Times.
