Unconfirmed reports indicate that the Court of Appeal judgment in Imran Sarwar v Muhammad Alam, expected tomorrow, will overturn the judgement of appeal in Chester County Court on July 6, 2001, in favour of the claimant Sarwar, according to sources close to the case.
