Zurich’s cargo move
Zurich plans to become a top three player in the marine cargo market and has appointed six staff, including a team from CNA, to spearhead its regional growth. The insurer’s new marine cargo division, which began trading this week, will sit within its broker business.
Lloyd’s claims plans
Lloyd’s has set out plans to accelerate the pace of change in the market’s claims performance. A new claims change programme will be driven by Lloyd’s franchise performance directorate and a new Lloyd’s Market Association claims group.
