The IT provider which specialises in “cloud and cognitive services” will provide a range of services to Ardonagh businesses
Ardonagh has signed a multi-year deal to use Mphasis as its IT provider.
Mphasis is an IT provider, which it says specialises in “cloud and cognitive services.”
The scope of the provision includes management of hybrid cloud infrastructure, network services, service desk, desktop engineering and security services.
Mphasis said it will deliver services across various parts of The Ardonagh Group, including Towergate Insurance and Geo Underwriting, through Microsoft’s Azure cloud platform.
It will use its service management and automation platform InfraGenie to manage the new IT system.

Existing relationship
Mphasis has an existing relationship with Ardonagh, having last year signed a five-year contract to drive Ardonagh’s digital transformation roadmap.
Mphasis said that it had earned this latest deal after a competitive tender process, winning the contract from one of the world’s big five technology service providers.
