W Brian Wilson & Son is a family-run brokers with a focus on church and charity cover
Hine Chartered Insurance Brokers has acquired Cheshire-based brokers W Brian Wilson & Son following the retirement of its owner Stephen Wilson.
The acquisition will see the transference of all business to Hine, it will be responsible for administering W Brian Wilson and Son’s client policies.
Most of the staff will move to Hine to work alongside managing director Paul Hine and the team.
W Brian Wilson & Son is a family run brokers which specialises in church and charity cover. It also offers tailored solutions for personal and commercial clients.
It will continue to work with its existing clientele.
The message on its website reads: “After many years in the insurance broking business Steve Wilson has retired and all of our business has been transferred to Hine Insurance Brokers.”
Meanwhile Wilson issued a personal thank you to his clients. He said: “I would like to thank you for placing your insurance with us in past years and trust that you will be very happy with the new arrangements.”
Manchester-based Hine is an independent broker offering a range of industry-specific cover and private insurance.
