’As well as improving risk quality and loss ratios, customers will also have the flexibility to refine their rules in real time,’ says managing director

Insurance intelligence provider Percayso Inform has formed a new partnership with independent digital trading and distribution platform IS2.

A statement released today (16 May 2023) said the move will give IS2’s clients access to Percayso’s data and intelligence hub.

Percayso’s technology aggregates data from various sources, allowing intelligence to be accessed via an application processing interface (API).

Dave Kelly, commercial director at Percayso, said the partnership came with the firm wanting to “help insurance providers transform the power of their data into intelligence and insight that delivers positive outcomes for their businesses”.

“The team at IS2 share our passion and commitment and their modern scalable cloud native technology with an API first approach matches our own platform,” he added.

’Competitive advantage’

Founded in 1996, IS2 serves the schemes market – it also works with Hiscox and Markel.

IS2 founder and managing director Simon Pritchard said partnering with Percayso gave its customers a “competitive advantage”.

“As well as improving risk quality and loss ratios, customers will also have the flexibility to refine their rules in real time as market conditions and their appetites change.

”Through a single integration, Percayso brings together a number of data intelligence services and our customers will be self-sufficient to administer the rules themselves.”

Kelly added: “We’re delighted to partner with Pritchard and his team and look forward to working together to make it easier for their clients to write better business.”
