The UK general insurance (UKGI) market turned out in force earlier this month (3 December 2025) as around 1,000 industry leaders, innovators and rising stars attended the Insurance Times Awards 2025 at Grosvenor House in London’s Mayfair.

Across more than 30 categories, judges awarded gold, silver and bronze trophies recognising excellence in broking, claims, underwriting, technology, customer outcomes, sustainability and leadership. Entries this year displayed a clear step up in ambition, creativity and technical sophistication, reflecting the pace of change sweeping through the UKGI sector.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
