NIG, the Royal Bank of Scotland's broker-only insurance arm, is to launch a motorcycle quote facility on its broker site following a pilot.
Brokers will be able to gain a quote, buy cover and print policy documentation on the NIG site, through Insurecom connectivity.
NIG personal lines director Adrian Harris said the quote engine would be rolled out next week following a three-month pilot with 35 brokers.
"It's another service that we can provide for our brokers," said Harris.
"We're trying to get the broker to think about getting specialist insurance from places other than their software houses."
