BMW and Norwich Union (NU) have signed an agreement for the use of BMW original equipment (OE) parts on all BMW repairs for insurance claims underwritten by the insurer.
NU, which covers a significant proportion of BMW motor policies, said it has been examining how it can work more efficiently with the company.
It said the new scheme has been designed to provide competitive advantage in terms of parts costs and availability.
