Norwich Union's (NU) Mark Hodges will assume the responsibilities of intermediary business director Ken Wallace when he retires later this month.
NU said the role of managing director of NU general insurance was created for Hodges when the company acquired RAC earlier this month.
Upon Wallace's retirement the position of intermediary business director will close, an NU spokeswoman said.
