Tim Stemp joins from Blue Line Risk Management
Ocaso has appointed Tim Stemp as deputy general manager to their London office.
Stemp joins from Blue Line Risk Management, and will take up his new role from 1 October.
Stemp said: "Ocaso have been trading for many years and have an enviable reputation of successful trading in the UK insurance market.
