Oval adds financial services team in Scotland

Oval has strengthened its corporate and private client business in Scotland after hiring seven consultants from Bank of Scotland Investment Services (BOSIS), the investment arm of retail bank HBOS.

Oval said the new team will complement its existing staff in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.

Oval’s regional sales director for Scotland, David Bremner, said: "We are delighted to have attracted such a high profile and experienced team, especially in the current climate.

"This move clearly demonstrates our commitment to the Scottish corporate market place when so many of our competitors are withdrawing and reallocating support south of the border."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
