Oval acknowledged for "client focused culture"

Oval has scooped an award for its service to customers.

The broker won the award following a survey of clients and staff.

The ‘Investor in Customers’ accolade recognises companies for their focus on customers.

Since being set up in 2003, Oval has bought 34 companies and now has more than 1,200 employees.

IIC Director Charlie Williams said: “There is a strong client focused culture across the whole Oval business, which is recognised in these results.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
