Oxygen Insurance Brokers has launched a reinsurance broking unit.
Oxygen Re will cover non-marine, marine and aviation treaty reinsurance and retrocession covers on a traditional or structured basis.
It has established offices in London and New York, staffed by a reinsurance team including Oliver Moon, Colin Garner, Kevin Conlan and Stephen Whittingham, formerly of Gallagher Re; Ron Collins, previously with Benfield; and Tony Belisle who has experience with Citadel Investment and Deutsche Bank.
