We are thrilled to win this award - the second time since 2000. It is particularly pleasing since we were the only specialist HNW insurer nominated and only launched Masterpiece in the UK seven years ago.
Since 1996, with our brokers’ help, we have challenged and even changed the rules of personal insurance. We have introduced a new approach - based on thoroughly understanding the risk upfront and not restricting the policyholder’s lifestyle. We like to invest time and resource at policy inception - allowing us to provide a fairer claim service that exceeds policyholders’ expectations.
We have shaped new standards in:
- Claim paying - based on our appraisal service and agreed value approach.
- Unique covers - including identity fraud, family protection and motor.
- No restrictions - allowing the policyholder to enjoy his home and possessions, not be restricted by them.
- Broker service - working as true partners, and keeping our promises to add value for their customers.

Zurich is continuously working to evolve with the modern broker’s changing environment, supporting them with all aspects of their business needs.
