President of the European Parliament Pat Cox MEP will address the Irish Insurance Federation's (IIF) annual lunch on 20 May in Dublin.
IIF chief executive Michael Kemp said of particular interest to the guests would be Cox's views on the challenges that lie ahead on the road to European Union financial market harmonisation.
Kemp said attracting Cox as a speaker was a coup for the federation. "The IIF is very grateful president Cox has been able to make himself available," he said.
