New scheme promises premium deals for solicitors' professional indemnity insurance
Prime Professions, the specialist professional indemnity insurance (PII) broker and approved broker to the Sole Practitioners Group, has teamed a Law Society approved insurer to bring to market a deal for Sole Practitioners.
The deal, branded Insurance Services for Sole Practitioners (ISSP), includes the following exclusive terms: competitive premiums; free run off cover after a three year qualifying period; run off in the mean time at only 1.5 times premium; nil excess for some classes of standard work; two year pricing agreements with discounts for the second year and free, on-line risk management advice.

This exclusive deal has been developed in partnership with the Solicitor Sole Practitioners Group Executive Committee. Since SIF ended the question of run off protection has been of real concern to SPs and we are delighted that, working with the SPG, we have been able to significantly improve the SP’s lot.”
