Nominations for the European Call Centre of the Year Awards 2001 are being collected by sponsors Call Centre Focus.
The UK industry magazine, which will be hosting the awards in Birmingham in October, is now welcoming entries across a range of categories for its sixth annual awards.
Categories include best call centre recruitment practice, training programme, design and staff development programme.
There are also special awards for innovation and product of the year.
Entries will be judged by an independent panel of 18 leading professionals from various consultancies, industry associations and key editors of supporting publications.
The closing date for nominations is May 18.
