QuestGates adds to motor division

Loss adjuster Questgates has made made three new appointments in its motor division.

Jack Gibbs and Stacy Robinson have been added to the technical team’s support resource.

Joanne Monks has been appointed as an additional case handler.

Monks joins the business, having formerly worked for CIS in Manchester, initially as a claims handler before progressing to the role of claims inspector dealing with motor and personal injury claims.

Motor development director, Gary Woodhall, said: “Whilst our motor division has experienced consistent growth over the past few years, we have seen an increase of around 30% over the past 12 months compared to the same period last year.

"This has partially been due to the addition of new clients but the most recent uplift in volumes is due in no small part to the increasing interest in our MoJ fast track motor investigation service.

“As we continue to grow, it is important that we remain true to our commitment of providing clients with specialist service provided by experienced people."
