Does your article ("Insurers are losing their friends", Insurance Times 9 May) mean loss adjusters are not subject to the duty of utmost good faith, when "utmost" suggests the answer should be the same irrespective of whom they work for - as it used to be, and that the intention of the contract takes precedence over policy wording?
