Highway said it is expanding its management team with the appointment of Richard Kelsey as internal actuary.
Formerly Kelsey headed up the personal lines actuarial department at Allianz Cornhill.
Highway said in his new positions Kelsey would manage all aspects of the statistical function, including forecasting, reserve reviews, and performance reviews.
