Robert Trott has succeeded Tony Lumsden-Cook as managing director of Oak Underwriting.

Lumsden-Cook, founder of Oak, has been appointed chairman of Somerville Underwriting Holdings, concentrating on developing and marketing the underwriting interests of the Somerville group. He remains on the Oak Underwriting Board.
