Sagar Insurances has acquired the commercial insurance business of Haslingden-based Steven Barton Insurance Services, with effect from 1 December.
Sagar, which has offices in Accrington and Clitheroe, said the step helped to consolidate its position as the leading independent provider of commercial and personal insurance, and risk management services in the Lancashire area.
