SBJ Group has completed the acquisition of Miller Financial Services (MFS) from Miller Insurance Investments for an undisclosed sum.
MFS will be incorporated into SBJ subsidiary SBJ Benefit Consultants. All MFS staff will join the subsidiary.
Miller chief executive Graham Clarke said: “Following a strategic review of our business, a decision was made to concentrate on our core insurance and reinsurance broking business.
“As MFS business falls outside this criterion we looked for a high quality purchaser which would offer our clients a similar level of service to the one that they have been accustomed to and the resources to provide additional benefits. SBJ Benefit Consultants fitted the bill perfectly."
