Broker SBJ Group Limited announced three new appointments to its board today.
Simon Ellen has been named chairman, and Jonathan Kelly and Eric Leathers have been appointed as directors.
Chief executive George Boden said: “These important appointments will help us to continue our success, and reflect the focus on growth underpinning the recent investment by our principal shareholder Capital Z.
