Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) said it has been authorised to trade under FSA regulations after it received a Scope of Permission notice.
The notice gives permission for JLT owned companies JLT Risk Solutions, Corporate Risks, Agnew Higgins Pickering and Co, Lloyd and Partners, and Echelon Claims Consultants to operate when the FSA takes charge of regulation of the broker industry in January.
