Could a storm be brewing between Biba chief executive Eric Galbraith and CII director general Sandy Scott?
The 2006 Biba conference opens its doors in Brighton on 26 April. With one of the prime focuses expected to be recruitment, it could be a moment for the two to join in happy accord.
Sadly, though, as the conference gets under way the CII will be holding exams. So the new recruits, whom industry bigwigs will be talking about, will be unable to join the debate.
Backchat would hate to see Galbraith and Scott fighting over new blood at the seaside. Though it would give us all something amusing to talk about at the conference...
