Senior management in mid-sized financial services companies are failing to implement the FSA's Treating Customers Fairly initiative, a study revealed today.
The study, by software company Touchpaper, showed only 8% of senior managers interviewed were meeting the regulator's initiative satisfactorily.
Oliver Page, the FSA's director of major retail groups, recently said that Treating Customers Fairly was the responsibility of senior management.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
