Senior management in mid-sized financial services companies are failing to implement the FSA's Treating Customers Fairly initiative, a study revealed today.
The study, by software company Touchpaper, showed only 8% of senior managers interviewed were meeting the regulator's initiative satisfactorily.
Oliver Page, the FSA's director of major retail groups, recently said that Treating Customers Fairly was the responsibility of senior management.
