AA's insurance and roadside divisions to be merged
Kevin Sinclair, the head of the AA's insurance division, has quit following the company's £6bn merger with Saga.
The AA's insurance and roadside divisions have been merged, with Saga's Andrew Strong reported to be heading up the combined unit.
Sinclair is not the first senior AA executive to depart as a result of the deal. In June, the AA's chief executive Tim Parker said he would leave once the deal was completed.
