Smart and Cook is continuing its expansion plan with two acquisitions.
The company announced that it is strengthening its northern division by acquiring Reg Hall Insurance in Lincolnshire and Alan White Services in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
Employees of the purchased companies will transfer to the Smart and Cook offices in Lincoln and Newcastle, it said.
