Broker Stuart Alexander has secured a deal to supply insurance to holistic therapists in Ireland.
Mark Forbes from Stuart Alexander said the company already offered a dedicated insurance package to the Federation of Holistic Therapists' 20,000 members in the UK and this was being extended to Ireland where the federation had just set up a branch.
"Ireland is a difficult market in terms of insurance with premiums in all areas of business running significantly higher than in the UK,'' said Forbes.
More than 90% of federation members in the UK are covered by Stuart Alexander.
